This contract is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. By placing your order, you agree to the following terms:
The merchandise stays our property until full payment has been made. The order will be shipped as soon as full payment has been made. Shipment and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Place of fulfilment and legal venue is Dublin. Warranty: We give the warranty required by law, which is two years at this time.
You are entitled to the right of withdrawal concerning this contract as detailled in the following paragraph.

Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within two weeks without a written statement of reasons (by letter, fax or E-mail) or by returning the merchandise. The period begins at the soonest with your recipt of this statement. In order to comply with this time limit, a timely dispatch of your withdrawal statement or of the merchandise is sufficient. Returns of the following merchandise is excluded:
- - Merchandise made to customer′s specification
- - Merchandise which is explicitly made to fit your personal needs
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of a successful withdrawl, the services received by both sides and, where applicable, benefits received (such as interest) must be returned. If you are unable to return services or merchandise received, or in part only, or in a declined condition, you must compensate as far as applicable. This does not apply to merchandise if the declined condition is the result of testing the merchandise to an extent that would have been possible in a retail shop. Furthermore, you can avoid your duty of compensation by not using the merchandise as an owner would and refraining from using it in a manner that leads to its devaluation. When returning an order with a net worth of over 40 Euros, you must pay for the shipping costs if the merchandise shipped is identical with that ordered; otherwise, we pay for shipping costs.
Your right of withdrawal is void if your contract partner has begun to carry out services, with your express permission, before the end of the time permissible for withdrawal, or you yourself have arranged for this to be done.

We cannot be held liable for damages to objects or persons incurred by improper or nonconsensual use of our merchandise. High Heels are not intended for hiking or dancing, nor are they suitable for walking on uneven ground.
